That said, I like the frog one a bit more. if the lightning photo had something more significant in the foreground, i would choose that one. just something simple like a windmill or barn. windmills and lightning are gold.
I love that frog one. The dragonfly is what makes it for me. Great shot.
I agree with Greg on the lightning shot, even if you had moved in closer and shot up and used the trees in the foreground, that would have worked for me.
I like these photos a lot, but they don't say much about the place to me. They could be postcards from anywhere with hills and ponds. Very nice frames, though.

I really need to work on my lightning-shooting skills. You obviously know what you're doing...any suggestions?

it's the strongest entry. The frog photo makes the win easy over the other two entries.
